NÉN TOKYO

This is a contemporary innovative fine dining Vietnamese restaurant with a playful and thoughtful course menu. When I visited, they served me a delicious umami deconstructed pho, placing emphasis on the different aspects of the ingredients which give the traditional dish its flavor. My experience at NÉN was memorable and enjoyable, and I highly recommend!
